JetSetFX provides a job board for the foreign exchange and financial industry, connecting FX professionals with employers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Employer job posting packages are available for purchase. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed at checkout.
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job listings. JetSetFX reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies or applicable laws.
You agree not to use JetSetFX to violate any laws, post fraudulent listings, transmit harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access to any system.
All content and functionality of JetSetFX are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JetSetFX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
